Terry Mayers, Klarinettist (und Saxophonist) aus Florida und seit Jahren gerne gesehener Gast und Begleiter in der Band der österreichsichen Ausnahme-Jazz Sängerin Simone Kopmajer, widmet sich auf seinem Album der großen Ära, in der Big Bands die musikalische Weltherrschaft innehatten. Eine Reise "down the sunny side of the street.”

The sacrifices they made for all of us in defeating the depression and the axis powers in Wold War II made it possible for us to thrive in the last half of the twentieth century.
