Dieses Album markiert das erste Kapitel einer neuen Trilogie, die auf „The Legend of the Forgotten Reign Saga“ basiert. „Chapter VII: Evil Awakens“ enthält kraftvolle und schnelle Songs, dynamische und energiegeladene Gitarrenriffs, neue, modern klingende Keyboards und vieles mehr. Das Album enthält besondere Gäste wie Nicoletta Rosellini (Kalidia, Walk in Darkness) und James Mills (Hostile), jeweils bei „A Strike from the Unknown“ und „The Story Comes to an End?“. Das Album wurde von Michele Guaitoli im Groove Factory Studio gemischt und gemastert und die Produktion ist eine Mischung aus Modernität und Power.
